Account Deletion - Free Trial
If you are the Company Admin on a Free Trial at Virtual In/Out Board:
- If you decide not to subscribe, your account (and all of your staff accounts) will be completely deleted one calendar month after your Free Trial ends.
- We do not ask for any payment information during the Free Trial, so there is no need to cancel anything. You can safely ignore our automated reminder emails and invoices.
- If you want to cancel the Free Trial sooner, please contact us using the form above. We can permanently and immediately delete all your data ant that of your staff.
Account Deletion - Subscription
If you are the Company Admin on a Subscription at Virtual In/Out Board:
- Contact us using the form above to request account deletion. We can permanently and immediately delete all your data ant that of your staff.
- Alternatively, you can wait for your Subscription to expire.
- Please go to the Subscription page and if you have Auto-Renew active, click the "Cancel Auto Renewal" button.
- Your account (all all of your staff accounts) will be completely deleted one calendar month after your Subscription ends.
Account Deletion - Users
if you are a #Staff Member on a Free Trial or Subscription:
- Your Company Admin can delete your account. If you are logged in click the "Contact Your Admin" link in the menu to see who your Company Admin is.
- Alternatively, contact us using the form above. We can permanently and immediately delete your data.
- Note that if you are deleted from your company's In/Out Board:
- You will not be able to see the status of your colleagues.
- You will no longer be able to share your status with them.
- You will not be included in Evacuation checklists.
- You will not be able to benefit from our other features such as Late Alerts or Lone Working (if these features are activated in your subscription).
